1. Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to foster a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. It outlines the standards of behavior expected from all individuals associated with RupIELTS Institute Inc.

2. General Expectations

All members of the RupIELTS Institute community are expected to:
– Act with honesty, integrity, and respect at all times.
– Promote a positive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment.
– Follow institute policies and procedures.
– Maintain professional conduct in person and online.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students must:
– Attend all scheduled classes and be punctual.
– Participate actively and respectfully in learning activities.
– Submit assignments honestly and on time if applicable
– Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.
– Treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect.

4. Instructor and Staff Responsibilities

Instructors and staff are expected to:
– Deliver instruction and support in a fair and inclusive manner.
– Foster a respectful and engaging learning environment.
– Provide timely feedback and respond professionally to student concerns.
– Maintain confidentiality and protect student information.
– Address misconduct promptly and report serious issues to management.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated:
– Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
– Use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language or gestures.
– Vandalism or damage to property.
– Unauthorized recording of classes or conversations.
– Possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or weapons on institute premises.

6. Online Conduct

All students and staff must:
– Use respectful and professional language in emails, forums, and virtual meetings.
– Protect personal login information and avoid sharing accounts.
– Refrain from disruptive behavior during online sessions.

7. Dress Code

All students and staff are expected to dress appropriately for a professional academic setting.

8. Consequences for Violations

Violation of this Code may result in:
– Verbal or written warnings
– Temporary or permanent suspension
– Expulsion from the institute
– Legal action, if applicable

10. Policy Review

This Code of Conduct will be reviewed annually and revised as needed to ensure it reflects the values and expectations of RupIELTS Institute Inc.

RupIELTS Institute Inc Student Harassment Policy

1. Purpose

RupIELTS Institute Inc is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. This policy outlines the procedures for preventing, reporting, and responding to harassment among students.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all students of RupIELTS Institute Inc, both on and off campus, including online classes, and any school-related activities.

3. Definitions

– Harassment: Unwelcome conduct (verbal, physical, written, or electronic) based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or any personal characteristic that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
– Sexual Harassment: Includes unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
– Bullying: Repeated aggressive behavior intended to intimidate, harm, or control another individual.

4. Prohibited Behavior

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Derogatory comments or jokes
– Physical intimidation or assault
– Unwanted touching or advances
– Cyberbullying or harassment via social media
– Spreading rumors or personal information

5. Reporting Procedures

Any student who experiences or witnesses harassment should report it as soon as possible by:
– Speaking to a faculty member, counselor, or designated harassment officer
– Submitting a written complaint to : RupIELTS@outlook.com

Reports will be kept as confidential as possible, consistent with the need to conduct a fair investigation.

6. Investigation Process

  1. Initial Review: The complaint will be reviewed by the Harassment Response Team within 7 business days.
    2. Formal Investigation: If warranted, an impartial investigator will be assigned to gather evidence and interview involved parties.
    3. Outcome & Resolution: Findings will be documented, and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include mediation, disciplinary action, or dismissal.

7. Protection Against Retaliation

Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

8. Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:
– Verbal or written warnings
– Suspension or expulsion
– Referral to legal authorities if applicable

9. Education and Prevention

RupIELTS Institute Inc will provide training and resources to promote awareness and prevention of harassment among students.

10. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and revised as needed to comply with legal standards and institutional needs.

RupIELTS Institute Inc Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. Please be aware that course fees , once charged, is non-refundable
  2. Students have to mandatorily attend 5 classes to cover all the modules. The classes have to be attended in a fixed sequence of modules. Any days attended out of schedule will be not counted towards attendance.
  3. Classes once started, have to be completed in 3 weeks. If not completed then no refund and cannot be rescheduled
  4. In case of medical condition , a doctor’s note will be needed to allow any changes.
