You have been living in a rental apartment for the past year. Recently, a new neighbour moved in who has loud parties several times a week. Write a letter complaining about this to the landlord. In your letter:

Snehal Mahajan (Bands: 7:0)

Dear Mr. Brown,

My name is Snehal Mahajan and I am your tenant. I want to bring your attention towards the disturbance caused by the tenants who have recently moved into apartment next to mine.

As you know, I am a student and I am staying with my elderly grandmother, who suffers from mental strain. Quiet environment is crucial for her health but, since new neighbors have arrived, we are not even able to sleep at night because of the frequent celebrations held in their apartment. There is a non-stop loud music till late night which continuously disturbs our sleep and in addition to it, the people who attend these parties get drunk and sometimes bang our door for no reason.

I warned and explained my problem to them but it seems that they have not taken my warning seriously. Therefore I decided to inform you about this issue. I hope you take needed actions on this matter. Otherwise, I will be left with no option other than involving police to resolve this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Snehal Mahajan
