Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards an article that contained false information about my town.
In the latest edition of your travel magazine you mentioned that the annual sports event that takes place in my town will start from 14 November this year and will last for one week. However, it is due to start from 7 November and due to increased number of games, it will be of 2 weeks. Moreover, you mentioned that the wrong venue instead of Robert street.
Visitors from all the surrounding areas come to watch this event every year and they heavily depend on your magazine to obtain the details of the program. If wrong information is passed to people, they will be disappointed to miss the games which will further lead to no sponsorship in future.
I think it is your duty as an editor to carry proper research before publishing incorrect information. Therefore, it is my humble request to you to republish this article with correct dates and venue so that people do not have a wrong idea about the sports camp.
