The bar graph illustrates the percentage of American residents who consumed fast food in restaurants from 2003 to 2013.

Overall, it is apparent that for the given ten years the maximum proportion of people ate junk food once a week in the restaurant and the least amount of people ate daily or did not eat fast food at the restaurants.

The percentage of Americans who ate every day at restaurant was under 5% for 200, 2006 and 2013. However, the ratio climbed sharply to 20% in 2006 for people who visited the restaurant several times a week before dropping to 15% in 2013. Meanwhile, same amount of people opted for dine- in a few times a year in 2006 and 2013, accounting to 15%.

The people who ate once a week stood at 30% in 2003 and before reaching a decline of 27% in 2013 it rose to 33% in 2006. The group of people who went to have fast food at eateries once or twice a month were 30% and 25% in 2003 and 2006 respectively, but later it inclined to 33% in 2013. Apart from this, under 5% of Americans never went to eat junk food in restaurants for all the given years.
